By purchasing a ticket, reserving a booth, or attending Alt Lifestyle Expo Denver 2026 (“the Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Personal Conduct & Liability Waiver
Alt Lifestyle Expo, its organizers, staff, affiliates, partners, and venue (collectively “the Organizers”) assume no responsibility or liability for the actions, conduct, behavior, or statements of attendees, vendors, performers, or third parties.
All attendees are solely responsible for their own actions and interactions. Any dispute, conflict, or consequence resulting from personal decisions made during or in relation to the Event is the responsibility of the involved parties.
Adult-Only Admission
This event is strictly 18+. All attendees must present valid, government-issued photo ID upon entry. The Organizers reserve the right to deny admission without refund to any person who fails to provide appropriate age verification or appears underage.
Ticket & Booth Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases, booth reservations, and sponsorships are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions will be made for scheduling conflicts, illness, weather, travel issues, or other circumstances beyond the control of the Event organizers.
Content & Environment Disclosure
This event may include adult-themed content, performances, products, and language. By attending, you acknowledge that you are entering an environment intended for mature audiences and consent to exposure to such material.
Right to Refuse Entry or Remove Attendees
The Organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any individual from the Event for disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior, at their sole discretion, without refund or compensation.
Media & Photography Notice
By entering the event space, you consent to potentially being photographed or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. Attendees who do not wish to appear in media should notify staff upon arrival and avoid designated photography zones.
Indemnification
By attending, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your participation in the Event.

Alt Lifestyle Expo Denver 2026 is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and safe environment for all attendees, staff, and vendors. As an adult-oriented event, clear communication and informed, enthusiastic consent are mandatory at all times.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to the following:

Zero Tolerance for Non-Consensual Behavior
Any form of non-consensual touching, verbal harassment, coercion, intimidation, or inappropriate behavior toward staff, volunteers, performers, vendors, or fellow attendees will not be tolerated. This includes—but is not limited to—unwelcome advances, persistent propositions, offensive or aggressive language, or physical contact without prior, affirmative consent.
Respect for Boundaries & Staff Instructions
All attendees are expected to respect the personal, physical, and emotional boundaries of others. Failure to comply with verbal or written instructions from event staff, security, or volunteers may result in immediate consequences.
Right to Remove
The Event producers maintain the sole and absolute discretion to issue warnings, escort attendees to their rooms for a cooldown period, or eject individuals from the event premises entirely—without refund—if their behavior is deemed disruptive, aggressive, unsafe, or in violation of event policies.
Accountability Policy
Event staff will take all reports of misconduct seriously. Consequences for violations may escalate based on the severity or frequency of the behavior. Our first priority is the safety and well-being of the community.
All Sales Are Final
In the event of removal or ejection due to behavioral violations, no ticket, booth, or VIP package refunds will be issued. Attendance is a privilege contingent on adherence to our rules and code of conduct.
